Beginning at Fintopia

If you are looking to be a Dominant or Switch, just register your role at the lap top where you land on the sim. This is a requirement to use the sim as these roles. This allows you to log into our free jars that will track your progress. Subs are welcome to register, but it is not required.Joining our group is optional, but will give you access to community and rights to rezz your objects on the sim. Additionally, it will allow you to rent an ad board on the sim. To get the tag you registered for applied in the group, please message our bot ღ Fin-Bits Bot ღ (konekomisa).We also have an optional Discord server which is where the Findom Academy classes are held.Want a jar custom to fit your style? Up the stairs are vendors with a traveling tip jar that can be placed anywhere you can rezz, and the scripts can move to a modify object of your choice, making your jar personal to your tastes. Many other products to use with our system are there as well, feel free to ask if you have any questions about those. On the opposite wall are 3rd party products that are designed to work with our system and tribute totals.

Rules for the Sim

► Absolutely no escorting. We are not an escort establishment. Please remember this when renting an adboard. Boards are reviewed regularly, and any offensive content will be removed if you do not change it yourself upon being asked.► Absolutely no bots. No exceptions.► No tribute harassment. (Example: 1 linden tributes to "wake" Dommes)► No public sex. If your scene leads to sex, please go home to partake. Public scenes are welcome, however.☀ Examples of sex include, but are not limited to:
• Vaginal penetration with a penis, fingers, or strap on.
• Anal penetration with a penis or strap on.
• Oral penetration with a penis.
• Oral sex on the bare vulva.
• Oral sex on the bare anus.☀ Examples of public play allowed include, but are not limited to:
• Any body-worship scenes that involve the receiving party fully clothed.
• Voice/text sessions held in public which involve CBT (cock and ball torture).
• Voice/text sessions where the Dominant partner allows the submissive to masturbate as a reward.
• Foot/hand jobs not involving the Dominant party mutually masturbating.** These examples are subject to change as needed. If these exceptions are abused, they will be removed and no longer allowed. If an Admin believes that you are in violation of any of the above examples, they will teleport you home with a warning. Continued behaviour may result in a ban..**► While we cannot and do not police what fetishes occur within IMs, certain kinks are not allowed in public in Fintopia. These kinks/fetishes include:☀ Raceplay of any kind.
☀ Cannibalism
☀ BeastialityThese are subject to changes as is required.► We practice SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual). While some subs have open collars, if a sub says no, they mean no. Please do not continue if a sub doesn't consent to what you are trying to do.► Please avoid kink-shaming of any kind. It is fine to speak of it not being your preferred kind of kink, but remember, all sorts of people visit the sim, and we don't want their kink to be spoken of negatively and risk them not feeling safe to practice or not coming back.► Do not rezz anything in the main plaza. The main plaza is considered the fenced in landing zone. Likewise, please clear the landing area so that it does not get congested.► Rezzed items must not exceed 25 prims per person. This is to save prims and prevent lag from increasing. Please keep your items reasonable in size as to not block paths or the adboards. If your items are an issue please respect when staff ask you to move/remove them. Likewise please pick up all of your items before leaving.► No harassing or griefing. If someone is harassing you, promptly let staff know and do not retaliate. While we understand people like having fun, we discourage trolling.► No disturbing the peace. This is considered, but not limited to, spamming local chat or our group with text, gestures, sounds, etc. If an attachment that you are wearing breaks this rule, an Admin will message you to work on how to fix it. If you refuse to fix it, you will be removed until you do. Repeated behaviour may result in a ban.► Respect is a must here. Please show respect to your fellow patrons as well as common courtesy when dealing with our staff.► On the note of respect, there will be no naming and shaming. If you have an issue with someone that may be in a breach of the rules, notify staff immediately. Outside of that, just because you had a bad experience with someone does not mean this is a blanket experience for everyone.► Do not use any sort of slang or racial slurs that could be deemed disrespectful to others unless it is within a scene and an allowed kink within the sim. Calling people any variation of the N word, retard, faggot etc isn't allowed in general conversation.► No poaching. Poaching can be defined as the act of attempting to coerce or entice a partner otherwise engaged and occupied by a dominant currently in play or is leashed.► Dommes, Male Dominants, and Switches accepting tributes are expected to be registered within our system. If you need help getting set up, or have a question please ask staff.► No third party jars on the sim. Use of third party jars made it so that the system can't track where your payments (give and received) are going. If a Domme/sub is involved in a scamming incident, we won't be able to verify what has been paid where, or even to whom it's been paid. Likewise the sim offers a service for tracking your tributes and can not do so if you don't use our jars.

Rules for the Group

Not just for rezzing rights, we offer the Fintopia group to help connect the community, keep everyone informed of events, and offer a place for plenty of topics to discuss with like-minded people. With that come some rules that we expect everyone to follow and will have administrators assist in enforcing.Trouble abiding by the rules could have you facing first a warning and then removal from the group.► Respect each other. While there may come times when opinions differ on subjects, we expect differences to be handled in private and not openly in the group.► To help with the above rule, please keep the topics lighthearted and nothing easy to start pushing buttons. If an administrator asks for a topic to be moved away from, respect that call.► We will not tolerate harassment of any sort in the group. The rules of "safe, sane, and consensual" apply there too. We have a whole sim to use for humiliation play, and there's always a crowd to watch.► Do not use the group to advertise seeking a submissive or a Dominant. Come to the sim to do that hunting. It can be used to say hello to either, but terms such as "looking for" or "does anyone want to" etc. shouldn't be used. Don't use it to ask subs to make purchases for you.► Please limit links to shopping, music, and informative types of topics. Pictures without context can be seen as a form of advertising, so we ask that you share those photos with us in the Fintopia Discord.► If you use the rezz rights to play on the sim or sit on your own furniture, please clean up after yourself. Continually leaving your items at the sim may result in your removal from the group, causing you to need to rejoin in order to continue rezzing.

Rules for Voice Chat

Fintopia is happy to provide a place where voice chatting and socialization can take place. With that come a few rules, much like the sim rules and group rules, which should be followed.Trouble abiding by the rules could have you facing first a warning, then removal from the sim. In extreme cases, we reserve the right to turn  voice off should we need to.► Respect each other. While there may come times when opinions differ on subjects, we expect differences to be handled in private and not openly in voice chat.► To help with the above rule, please keep the topics lighthearted and nothing easy to start pushing buttons. If an administrator asks for a topic to be moved away from, respect that call. We are an adult sim; sexual conversations are fine, but voice sex is not allowed.► Do not use voice to name shame or draw attention to a disagreement. Those situations should be handled in IM or brought to an Admin privately. You can use the bot to alert Admin to serious situations that are affecting the whole sim, such as pushers, griefers, trolls, etc.► We will not tolerate harassment of any sort in voice chat. The rules of "safe, sane, and consensual" apply there too. Hateful or rude behavior towards others on the sim will have you facing ejection.► Do not use any sort of slang or racial slurs that could be deemed disrespectful to others unless it is within a scene and an allowed kink within the sim. Calling people any variation of the N word, retard, faggot, etc. isn't allowed in general conversation.► While we cater to kink first, we try to respect everyone's ability to use voice on the sim. So if a voice session of any kind is already taking place, please respect that. Casual chit chat is not appropriate when a voice scene is happening, as it can be very distracting. If a conversation is already happening and you wish to do a public voice scene, please alert current voice users that you would like to begin one. While we cater to kink first, we try to respect everyone's ability to use voice on the sim. If your request to use voice is ignored or denied, politely wait for the floor to open up to you. We want everyone to get their turn on voice.► Please avoid kink-shaming of any kind. It is fine to speak of it not being your preferred kind of kink, but remember, all sorts of people visit the sim, and we don't want their kink to be spoken of negatively and risk them not feeling safe to practice or not coming back.► Should you and your sub(s) decide to engage in a voice scene, understand that most kinks are allowed, and should you tread near one that isn't, admin will step in. You can find the list of kinks not allowed in the general rules section.► Please keep gestures and sounds minimal, and do not spam them.
